Firstly, model input date such as as-build documentation, operation & maintenance manuals and site survey was collected. The sixth section describes phases of development and calibration of energy model of Bolero Office Point in Design Builder software. Also a correlation between heating and cooling demand and both outside air temperature and solar radiation was checked. The indices of energy consumption per area and per number of occupants were also calculated. The total consumption of heat, cooling and electricity as well as the trend during the year for the metered areas was determined. In chapter five the results of analyses of daily measurement of heat, cooling and electricity consumption from the BMS system from 2015 are presented.

It is 7 storey building with an underground garage. The subject of analyses is office building Bolero Office Point located at the Równoległa Street in Warsaw. According to a comparison of energy modelling software it was decided to use Design Builder software for calculation of the energy load in chosen building. This paper provides also characterization of the features and capabilities of the most popular building energy simulation programs: Energy Plus, Design Builder, Audytor OZC, BLAST, BSim, Clim2000, DELPHIN, DOE-2, ECOTECT, Ener-Win, Energy Express, Energy-10, eQUEST, ESP-r, HAMFitPlus, HAMLab, HAM-Tools, HAP, HEED, IDA ICE, PowerDomus, SimSPARK, SUNREL, Tas, TRACE 700, TRNSYS, WUFI-Plus, Xam. The following methods of energy performance calculation have been described: hourly, monthly, seasonal and degree-days.
